DIRECTIONS
La Plata County Airport to GF Private Equity Group offices
( Approximately 8 Miles )
- From the Airport Terminal follow Airport Road to Stop Sign
- Make a LEFT turn onto Colorado Highway 172 at the Stop Sign
- Stay on Colorado Highway 172 to the light
- Make a LEFT turn at the light onto Highway 550 North/Hwy 160 West
- Follow Highway 550 North/Highway 160 West to the next traffic light (approximately 1 mile)
- Make a RIGHT turn at this light onto Three Springs Boulevard into the Three Springs Development
- Stay in the right-hand (outside) lane of Three Springs Boulevard around the first ?round-about? bearing RIGHT towards the next ?round-about?
- Get in the left-hand (inside) lane and go around the second ?round-about? making the second RIGHT turn onto Confluence Avenue
- At the intersection of Confluence Avenue and Mercado Street, you can go straight through the intersection and make the first RIGHT into the parking area behind Building 175 or make a RIGHT turn onto Mercado Street and park in front of Building 175
- GF Private Equity Group offices are located on the second floor of Building 175 in Suite 201. Stairs and elevator are on the left (west) end of Building 175.

- From downtown Durango follow Highway 550 South/Highway 160 East to the light at Three Springs Boulevard
- Make a LEFT turn at this light onto Three Springs Boulevard into the Three Springs Development
- Stay in the right-hand (outside) lane of Three Springs Boulevard around the first “round-about” bearing RIGHT towards the next “round-about”
- Get in the left-hand (inside) lane and go around the second “round-about” making the second RIGHT turn onto Confluence Avenue.
